I read this to my husband. His first 4 days in Bandon Dunes was scheduled for 8 weeks after the due date of our 2nd. I figured no biggie- but she was 2 weeks late, a C-section and a staph infection later I still couldn’t walk upright when he left...the next 3 years of trips were all cursed-it’s now a joke- short escrows, Norovirus...everything hit during Bandon Trips! But he still feels it’s golfers’ Disneyland.
It truly is. I was supposed to go again last April since the prior year was way too intense with Em still. But, of course, COVID hit and derailed those plans. I had already paid, but thankfully they let us defer it to this coming April and now we get to play the new course called Sheep Ranch too. I’m so excited! The only problem is that I haven’t touched my clubs in over a year 😬
