UPDATE: I added a new pet peeve just this morning! When people say they don’t want to hear about your dreams. I mean, come on, dreams are so weird and fascinating. Let’s talk about them!
...congrats on your growth!...also you might as well try and make CBO a thing...maybe working part time at an incubator or just fiver the skillset...there are people in the world who need help storming...
How nice that you recognized you are a supporter. And how great for your child to have a supporter father! I recommend you give Audyle another chance - not to become famous but to express yourself and have fun. It impresses me that you managed to create this melody. I once gave Ableton a try, and unlike you, I coaxed nothing out of it:)
I wrote a whole story, the Dream Painter, partly based on the assumption of people expecting other people to enjoy their dreams. Let's face it - dreams are emotional, passionate, horrifying, mystifying, and confusing to the dreamer. To the listener - maybe not so much? How do you pull someone into the emotions of your dream? That would be the trick, methinks.
Case in point: Last night's dream was a variation on a reoccurring theme - I'm driving but can't really see the road, or can't manage to work the pedals.
thank you for sharing Lyle. This takes a lot of self reflection and imo courage to openly admit, to yourself and share with others. I really relate to some of your points. Cheers!
Hello Lyle! I’m very glad to hear these great news from you! As usual, the rawness and honesty of this post made me stop and wonder…hmm what have I learned about myself in this last year?

Yes! Totally frustrated when people don’t want to talk dreams.
Very honest piece Lyle—common struggles I think 🤷🏻♂️
I love the time acceleration bit—read Alvin Toffler’s book “Future Shock” in high school and it unpacks that concept quite well.
Everyone needs a great wingman—no shame in being the Master Supporter my friend🙏
Peace.
Thanks, Dee!

I like where your head’s at!
Nice piece Lyle, glad you're feeling better, you deserve it.
Thanks, Chandler ❤️

Thank you, Gaia! I do want to finish up some more tracks and put them out there. Thanks for the nudge!

I think you’re onto something, Jude. Those types of dreams are so unsettling!
Beautiful and honest reflections Lyle. Thanks for being so open. Excited to be on this journey with you. Let's hang soon <3
Thanks, Spinks! Definitely down to hang soon.
Wow. That was like reading words in a mirror. Thanks for voicing that in such a relatable way.
Glad to hear it resonated with you, Scott!
Good luck with the start of school tomorrow! Go Em. Go Dad. :)
Thanks, Kris!
